The assignment objective was to create a campaign for Jersey Fresh in a way that promoted and displayed the produce prominently. We were told to target a specific demographic and convey a message effectively. The target demo I chose were men and women aged 18-35. I believe this campaign was successful for two reasons. One of which being the colors,which psychologically engage the appetite. The other factor being the directness and simplicity of the ad, by using just 6 words I was able to confidently get the message across without seeming aggresive. Another thing that makes this campaign a success (hypothetically) is the versatility of it. you could literally use anything “Jersey Fresh” instead of the peaches and tomatoes and achieve the same affect. This consistency also enhances the audience’s ability to recognize and familiarize with the brand. I used one font, “Arial Black” as it is direct like “Helvetica” but more friendly.
